Welcome to Winter!
We’ve had some very chilly days but the warmth in class from asana practice, breathing, community connection and heaters has helped keep the cold from reaching our hearts.
I’m thrilled we’ll make a full term in the studio for the first time in over two years.
It warms my heart to practice with you and share our love of Yoga.
In our final week, as always, we’ll add a gratitude practice then take a two week break for the school hols. Term 2 ends Friday June 24, Term 3 begins Monday July 11  (10 weeks)
Yoga classes
Monday to Friday 9.15 – 10.30am 
All classes are general level except Tuesday which remains beginners/gentle.

All classes are 10 weeks
Booking essential

Current students will be given priority until Friday June 24 when bookings open to everyone.

Payment required by Friday July 1st 
After this date refunds are only available if your place can be filled by another student.

If classes are not full casual attendance will be offered.
Make up classes are welcome subject to availability.
