Yoga

Yoga classes are 1.5 hours and consist of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), relaxation and a short meditation. Classes are suitable for beginners or those wishing to deepen their practise. Variations are offered throughout the class to accommodate everyone’s needs, including those new to yoga and with physical limitations.

No booking or term commitment required. All mats and props are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own.

The room is insulated and air-conditioned providing a cosy experience. Large french doors with screens look out onto a garden setting.

New students should arrive 10 minutes early. Enter via side or back door. Classes held in large rear room. Bathroom and change room is off the rear deck.
