Good Morning Yoga

A class specifically designed for teenagers and their parents at ‘before school time’. This is a shorter one hour class incorporating some dynamic sequences such as salute to the sun as well as relaxation and brief meditation to send students to school refreshed and ready for the day.

Many schools are embracing mindfulness and yoga as part of the curriculum as it may improve focus, sleep, managing stress and general feeling of well-being.
