A season of change and instability perfectly matched with a grounded and soothing Yoga practice.
Huge gratitude for your patience and respect for others around continuing covid restrictions and interruptions. Our family has now all had the virus so hopefully we can sail into winter with a boosted immunity and resillience. Please continue to stay home if unwell and check in for a make up class if you can.
I’ve had lots of requests for a meditation class in the last couple of years so a trial class will begin in the last weeks of term and hopefully develop into a larger class at the studio in the future. Term 1 ends Friday April 8
Term 2 begins Tuesday April 26 (no class Anzac Day)

Beginning March 28
A mindfulness based practice for students with some experience of Yoga or meditation. Classes will include led practice, mindfulness exercises, very gentle joint releasing and times of silence. Each class will have a theme but also lots of repetition to cement your practice.
Time included for questions or discussion as required. Seated on floor, chairs or lying as you choose. Central Castlemaine address sent upon booking.
Casual attendance but bookings are essential
$15 per class (first class free)
