Term 3 Begins

Dear Yoga Living students

After a wonderful adventure in Darwin, Katherine and Ngukurr over the holidays I’m really looking forward to settling back into practice tomorrow. I’ve loved the huge skies, space, warmth, art, culture, friendship and found lots of Yoga inspiration.

All Yoga classes are fully booked except for Thursday morning which has one place available 9.15 -10.30am. Let me know if you’d like to join us.

Meditation also has a couple of places available. Mondays 1.30 – 2.30pm beginning July 11. This class is casual but bookings required. A small group practice focused on mindfulness and connection. Let me know any time if you’d like to join us. 

As we return to the studio please remember to bring a Yoga mat, blanket, water and dress in warm comfortable layers. (I have an emergency mat!)

The beginning minutes of the class are very important to settle in, notice your body and breath, hear the themes of the class and let go of your busy morning. Please try to arrive a few minutes early so everyone is settled on time to start class together.

As most students have rebooked for the term a small waiting list is growing and I am hoping to include an extra class in term 4. Until then if you’d like to attend casually please message the night before or early morning and if a space is available you’re welcome to join us.
