Dear Yoga Living students

We have been following the COVID-19 recommendations for casual contact and reducing exposure and would like to assure students that their personal well being is our highest priority. The benefits of Yoga and meditation at this time are profound. Our practice supports all of the body systems we rely on to stay healthy and, perhaps even more importantly in stressful times, supports our mental health and well being also.

As responsible members of the community we are hoping to slow the inevitable spread in order to not over tax the health system and protect our most vulnerable. But also provide support to those who are well so they may care for others. 

Our studio is in a very low risk category with students together in very small groups for less than 2 hours.  We have increased our general cleaning routine to include wiping surfaces and door handles between classes, and included hand washing stations in the kitchen and bathroom with soap and paper towel. Students are requested to thoroughly wash hands before and after class.

All cutlery and crockery has been removed from the kitchen. Please bring your own water bottle and avoid filling up at the studio. The eye pillows have been removed and students are asked to bring their own mats and props if possible. 

If you are feeling unwell with cold or flu symptoms, a cough, or are immune compromised for any reason please do not attend classes. There are many wonderful and free apps and YouTube videos for supported home practice. I have added a short guided meditation to the website at
