| Dear Yoga Living friends, As we head into the final few weeks of 2022 classes I really want to thank you for your commitment and motivation to share group practice with me. I’m so proud of how we have all managed to regroup, reconnect and find some Yoga joy in the midst of an ongoing pandemic, floods and personal challenges. We’ve now settled into the beautiful Over the Moon studio, added a new class, cemented Monday Meditation and even started a Friday community cuppa. Please accept my gratitude for sharing this wonderful process with me. As many of you know I’m heading to Greece with my family for a month in December so the New Year intensive is paused for this summer. We have planned some extended family catch ups, connection to the land and exploration of culture so I look forward to sharing this with you when I return. If you’d like to book a class for term 1 please read dates carefully as I will have limited ability to respond in Greece. Term 4 ends Tuesday December 6, Term 1 begins Monday January 30 |

Castlemaine Mindfulness based Meditation class Monday 1.30 – 2.30 pm Beginning January 30 Casual $15 per class (bookings required) Community Cuppa Fridays from 10.45 am Tortoise Espresso No bookings required, everyone welcome. All Yoga and Meditation classes require bookings for the term. Priority will be given to those currently attending until November 26. After this date new students are welcome to enroll. If you miss a class for any reason make up classes are very welcome in the same term, subject to availability. Let me know if you’re going to be away or if you’d like a make up option. If all classes are not full, casual attendance will be available. Casual class $25 Payment is required by January 15 after this date refunds are only available if your place can be filled from waiting list. No refunds once term begins.
