|In sparkling sunshine the last few weeks of the year often feel like a blur of getting organised, end of term functions, gifts, shopping and busyness. It’s so important to take a moment to pause, reflect and rest each day to enjoy however this time unfolds for you. |
Allow yourself to grieve for those who are not here to share with you and to appreciate those who are. Yoga offers us a grounding in gratitude which is vital for our wellbeing. Remember to take some time in nature and soak up the energy of summer. Watch the clouds.
I’d personally like to thank you all for your support during another year of interruption in the studio and all of the personal stories you have shared about how Yoga has supported you during pandemic times.
We are so lucky to live in an area with such a thriving Yoga presence. Even if you are not attending classes the ripple effect is flowing out to everyone, increasing our capacity for courage and kindness.
