Term One 2021 begins on Monday 1st February and I’m thrilled all 7 classes are up and running with options still available to join us.
Thank you to all those students who have booked and paid already. The beginning of the year is a wonderful time to set intentions through mind-body connection, focused attention, tapping into the present and literally ‘going with the flow’. We will begin slowly with grounding postures and breath work.
All bookings are for the full term. Payment is required before classes begin. Pre paid classes and green cards from 2020 may be used as part payment or for casual classes. You are welcome to share a class with a friend too. If you miss a class these can be made up in the same term on ZOOM or other studio classes if space allows.

COVID restrictions remain in place with sanitiser & hand washing facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. Please bring your own mat, cushion/bolster & water. Blankets will be available. Maximum 10 students per class so bookings essential. Masks during class are optional.
