
Yoga classes consist of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), relaxation and a short meditation. Classes are suitable for beginners or those wishing to deepen their practise. Variations are offered throughout the class to accommodate everyone’s needs, including those new to yoga and with physical limitations.
Booking and term commitment is required. Please bring your own mat and props. Blankets provided.
The room is insulated and air-conditioned providing a cosy experience.
